The APW Wyott SM-50-EZ-7D top-mount round soup well is designed to keep up to seven quarts of soup hot and ready to serve. The well is heated by a tubular calrod heating element that is coiled around the bottom of the well for even heat distribution. The SM-50-EZ-7D features an EZ-Fill system that automatically monitors and adjusts water levels within the well, and a UL Listed electrical kit that includes a thermostatic control box with bezel with 36” capillary (effective length 26”).
